My Daily Exercises

Exercise is a must for everybody whether you are eight or eighty.  If you do not exercise it will have a negative effect on you body.  There are many places where you can exercise..  Join a gym or work-out center.  There will always be someone there to offer you support and explain how the equipment should be used. If you can’t get to a gym, walking can keep your body in good shape.  I know someone who gets up extra early  and walks two and a half miles before coming home and sitting down to breakfast.

There are many exercise programs online.  Check them out.  Exercise can improve your strength, balance, coordination, posture and flexibility.  Online you can find exercise programs that can be done either seated or standing.  There are programs for beginners or advanced persons.  I recommend exercising at least three or four times a week.  It will not only benefit you physically, it will add to your overall sense of well-being.
